Pie In the Sky hosted a cooking class!
The theme :: Introduction to Alternative Cooking...And with a bang we were off!
I had 6 students in attendance and they were all so gracious! We discussed oils, fats, hydrogenation, genetic modification and much much more. I answered questions the best I could & fed them many different types of foods. They tried seitan, tofu, soysausage, Earth Balance, soups, hummus, cookies, what else?

hey! just wanted to tell you that i thought you did a great job today. it was informative and super fun and tastefully delicious, of course. we have already eaten just about all that we bought! loved it. my sister had a great time too, and it was really challenging to me personally about the food choices i am making for myself and my kids. thank you for putting it together and doing such a great job. you are excellent at it!
